Andrew Fiala

Andrew Fiala has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting with their current role as Executive Director of Human Resources at Manufacturers Bank and Jenius Bank. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at PIMCO, where they collaborated with colleagues across HR functional areas to deliver talent initiatives and provided guidance to global leaders. Andrew also served as a Vice President of Human Resources at CarFinance Capital, where they led the transition from an outsourced HR model to an in-house HR organization. Andrew's experience also includes serving as a Vice President of Human Resources at AECOM, where they oversaw core HR services and led the HR integration of corporate acquisitions. Before that, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Deloitte, where they managed HR processes for an offshore business unit and rebuilt employee morale. Andrew began their career at Sibson Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant specializing in compensation plan design and organizational development. Andrew's early experience includes working in human resources and business assurance at PwC.

Andrew Fiala has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and HR Management from The Wharton School. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Urban Studies from Lehigh University. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, although it is currently inactive.
