Fezeela Raza

Fezeela Raza is the Director of Organisational Capability and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Reserve Bank of New Zealand since June 2021. Fezeela previously worked as the Leadership Programme Director at Global Women from January 2021 to June 2021. Before that, Fezeela held the role of Principal Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion at Auckland Council from January 2017 to January 2021. Fezeela also served as the Diversity Manager at Diversity Works NZ (formerly known as EEO Trust) from July 2014 to December 2016. Fezeela has a Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of Auckland.
