Emma Treadaway

Emma Treadaway is an experienced professional in graphic design and educational development. Currently serving as the Fleximode Studio Manager at Manukau Institute of Technology | Te Pūkenga since October 2019, Emma focuses on creating inclusive and meaningful learning experiences for ākonga. As the owner of Synergy Design & Print Ltd since November 2005, Emma has a strong background in the graphic design and publishing industry, which began in 1999 with roles in various design studios across New Zealand and London. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant at Chemical Solutions Ltd, and Graphic Designer roles at The Brand Factory and Chimera Design Ltd. Emma's educational qualifications include a Certificate in eLearning Development from Workbright eLearning NZ and multiple certificates in business and design from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and Animation College Auckland.
