Dr. Shelly Wong, FLHC, ALMI, ACS, currently serves as a Claim Analyst at Manulife Indonesia since January 2013, focusing on team well-being, performance engagement, and customer service in claims processing. Dr. Wong collaborates with various teams to enhance operational efficiency, manage fraud detection, and ensure fair claims settlements, contributing significant savings for the company.
