Ralph Emmanuelle Estrellado

Ralph Emmanuelle Estrellado, LPT, currently serves as the Leader Development Program Manager at Manulife Philippines, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this, Ralph worked as an Instructional Designer and Developer at Alorica from July 2015 to June 2018, focusing on designing training materials tailored to operational needs. Ralph has extensive experience in training and education, having served as an Instructor II at the University of Santo Tomas and as an Operations Trainer at West Contact Services, Inc., where Ralph played a key role in launching business programs for major US telecommunications companies. Ralph also contributed as a Product Ready Trainer at Convergys and as a Faculty Member at St. Theresa's College, Quezon City. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Computer Technology from the University of Santo Tomas and multiple master's degrees in related fields.
