Amir Ramezanpour

Amir Ramezanpour, MBA, P.Eng., CISSP, LSSBB, LSSGB, PCC, serves as the AVP of Global Information Technology Risk Governance and Controls at Manulife, leading a global team focused on enhancing the organization's IT risk posture through analytics and control assessments. Since 2023, Amir has also been a member of the Board of Directors for Prevent Cancer Now, advocating for the elimination of cancer-causing agents in the environment. Additionally, Amir teaches Polytechnic Bachelor’s Degree Programs at Seneca College. Previously held positions include Director at Scotiabank, where strategic execution across risk management initiatives was managed, and Senior Project Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler, overseeing complex portfolios in operations and performance improvement. Amir’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, an Executive Certificate from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Ontario Tech University.
