Ben Jones

Ben Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and operations within the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer at Manulife, Ben has previously held key leadership roles at Allianz Ayudhya, Allianz Insurance, and IAG, driving operational excellence and digital transformation across various business units. Ben's career includes significant achievements in strategic leadership at AIG and operational improvements at Westfield, along with a strong foundation in consulting and financial services from earlier roles at Crowe Horwath International and HIH Insurance. Ben holds multiple degrees, including a Master's and Bachelor's in Business/Commerce from the University of Technology Sydney, and is a Chartered Accountant.
