Kedar Sambhoos

Kedar Sambhoos currently serves as the Chief Data Officer for John Hancock at Manulife and is a member of the Customer Advisory Board at dbt Labs, focusing on market trends and analytics program development. Previously, Kedar held the position of Director of Data Platform and Engineering at Stanley Black & Decker, overseeing a diverse team to manage advanced analytics and new infrastructure projects. Kedar's career includes roles at Dassault Systèmes as Senior Manager of Big Data Science, IBM as a Big Data Architect, and entrepreneurship through Kedar Sambhoos Consulting. Kedar also has a strong research background from CUBRC, contributing to multiple government-funded projects, and has completed internships that enhanced operational efficiencies. Kedar Sambhoos holds a Doctorate and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
