Michael Fialho

Michael Fialho is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as an Associate at Many Hands For Haiti since July 2022, Michael previously held the position of CEO at Care That Grows LLC, focusing on innovative healthcare initiatives from January 2016 to September 2022. In a nursing capacity, Michael has worked as a Travel RN across multiple facilities in Texas, including USMD Arlington and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, and has extensive experience in various roles and settings, including ICU and emergency departments. Michael's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences from Drake University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Walla Walla Community College.
