Tim Brand has a diverse work experience that includes founding and leading multiple organizations. Tim founded Many Hands For Haiti in 2008, where they served as the Founder & CEO, overseeing all aspects of the organization and its various programs. Tim also served as the President of the Board for Many Hands For Haiti from 2008 to 2011. In 2016, they founded Many Hands Thrift Market and served as the President, managing multiple stores and ensuring all profits supported non-profit work. In 2013, they founded Many Hands Market, a high-quality secondhand and direct trade store. Tim also founded The Mango Tree in 2014, a frozen yogurt shop that fundraised for programs in Haiti. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Tim worked as a registered representative for VSR Financial Services and held management positions at Vermeer Corporation and Goalsetter Systems, Inc. Tim has a strong background in business development, strategy, and sales.

Tim Brand completed their Masters in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Systems from Central College between 1998 and 2002. Tim's educational journey began at Pella High School, where they completed their high school education from 1994 to 1998.
