WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Manychat is building out its marketing function and we’re looking to add a few key hires, one being our first Head of Marketing Operations. This role will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes within the marketing team, driving operational efficiency, and managing the MarTech stack.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Streamline and improve marketing processes
  • Oversee our suite of marketing technology tools ensuring proper integration and utilization, and introducing new tools when appropriate
  • Develop dashboards and maintain metrics that help drive the overall marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment between marketing and company-wide objectives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • Agency experience is a plus
