Lilit Nazaryan's work experience includes roles as a Customer Support Specialist at Manychat and an Administrator at BRILLIANT TAX & ACCOUNTING SERVICES, INC. Lilit previously worked at ArctX as a Korean Speaking Customer Support Specialist and at Spirit Kids Royal English as an English Language Teacher. Lilit also has experience as a Financial and Administrative Specialist at UCORA - Union of Credit Organizations of the Republic of Armenia, an intern in SMM at BSC-, and various roles at AIESEC in Armenia, including Orgnizer of NatCo conference, PR and communication, Talent Management, Mindset conference, and Incoming exchange agent. Additionally, they volunteered at IDeA Foundation Armenia and worked as an Administrator at Best Western Congress Hotel. Lilit's earliest work experience was as a Mentee at Luys Foundation.

Lilit Nazaryan completed their Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Yerevan State University in the years 2010 to 2014. Lilit then pursued a Master's Degree in Agrobusiness at the Agribusiness Teaching Center from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their academic degrees, Lilit also obtained various certifications over the years. These include a certification in Digital Marketing from FutureLearn in April 2020, an IELTS certification from the British Council in January 2015, and a certification from AIESEC in Armenia in February 2015. Lilit also gained experience and certifications in fields such as digital communication, event organization, and translation through their involvement in various organizations and festivals in Armenia.
