Charlotte Ball

Charlotte Ball has a solid background in the insurance industry, with significant experience in pricing roles. Charlotte joined ManyPets in 2019 as the Head of UK Pricing, where they are responsible for developing pricing strategies and managing pet insurance policies. Prior to that, they worked at AXA as a Senior Commercial Pricing Analyst and Commercial Pricing Analyst from 2015 to 2019. Before joining AXA, Charlotte worked as a Pricing Analyst at ERS from 2013 to 2015. Throughout their career, they have focused on data analysis, portfolio management, and collaborating with data scientists to develop technical pricing capabilities. Charlotte is committed to making the world a better place for pets and their owners through their work.

Charlotte Ball obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Financial Mathematics from The University of Kent, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. After completing their degree, they pursued additional certifications. In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in Finance and Investment, as well as a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques, both from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Later, in December 2018, they became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
