Justin Lu

Head of Customer Success at Map My Customers

Justin Lu has worked in a variety of customer success roles since 2004. Justin started their career at Josephson Institute as a Program Assistant for CHARACTER COUNTS!, and moved up to Program Coordinator, Program Manager, and Assistant Director. In 2011, they joined Xap Corporation as a Client Services Manager and then Client Success Leader. In 2015, they joined ServiceTitan as a Senior Manager of Partner Development (Customer Success), and then was promoted to Director of Strategic Accounts (Customer Success). In this role, they led the post-sales team and managed a customer portfolio over $30M in annual recurring revenue. Justin achieved 99% gross revenue retention and managed the department during a period of hyper growth. In 2022, they joined Map My Customers as Head of Customer Success.

Justin Lu attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.A. in Political Science.
