Josue Gustavo Erazo started their work experience in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at STARTEK, where they worked until 2014. Josue Gustavo then worked as a Sales Agent at Allied Global Services from 2014 to 2015. In 2017, they joined Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a Back Office Employee for a year. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Great VirtualWorks as a Retention & Sales professional. In 2020, they joined Map My Customers and held various roles including Customer Support Specialist, Head of Customer Support, and currently, they are the Head of Customer Billing & Support.
Josue Gustavo Erazo completed their education in the field of Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras. Josue Gustavo attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
