Pallavi H. serves as the Head of Global Revenue Strategy & Operations at Mapbox since June 2023, leading a team focused on revenue strategy, operations, analytics, and enablement for the sales organization. As the founder of Revenue Advantage, Pallavi provides strategic revenue operations and go-to-market advisory services. Previously, Pallavi held senior roles at Zendesk, where responsibilities included managing strategy and operations for a $1B+ ARR revenue organization, and at PayPal, leading M&A strategy and operational readiness while contributing to significant acquisitions. Prior experience also includes positions at Sysco, McKinsey & Company, and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, complemented by an MBA from Rice Business, a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management from Amity University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Sophia College, Mumbai.
