With a career at MAPFRE Insurance Company Inc. starting in December 2001, Karen has also held roles as Agency Licensing and Contract Coordinator and Sr. Agency Interface Specialist. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Agent at Small Business Insurance and as Office Manager/Agent at Beach and Gentry Insurance from 1986 to 1999. Karen completed high school education at Uxbridge High School and pursued further studies at Middle Tennessee State University.
