Heather McNeill

Heather McNeill has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Heather currently holds the position of System Director of Perioperative Services at North Memorial Health since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Surgical Services at Maple Grove Hospital from December 2020 to July 2023. From August 2016 to December 2020, they served as the Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center at Fairview Health Services. Additionally, they worked at Allina Health from February 2007 to August 2016 in various roles such as RN, Patient Care Manager, and RN, Patient Care Supervisor in the surgical services and ambulatory care center.

Heather McNeill completed their education history with a Master of Healthcare Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the same university in 2016. Heather began their nursing education at St. Catherine University from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Nursing.
