Wes Rader

Wes Rader has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business management, particularly in international markets. As the Director of China Business Entities at Maple Leaf Farms since March 2013, Wes has also served as Director of China Market Research and General Manager of China Joint Venture Operations, focusing on market development within China. Prior to this role, Wes held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Sales at FIVEA USA, overseeing sales networks across the USA, Canada, and parts of South America. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at FIVEA Tool, Account Manager at a private company with responsibilities in trade shows, Assistant Manager at Signet Jewelers, and Training/Human Resources Coordinator at American Eagle Co. Wes Rader holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology and an Associate of Science in Organizational Management from Purdue University.
