Ed Caira

Ed Caira has extensive experience in leadership coaching, training, and operations supervision at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. since November 2012, overseeing over 40 employees in various unionized workplaces. Caira specializes in creating positive work environments and enhancing employee engagement through solution-focused coaching and mentoring for managers and supervisors. Previous roles included designing leadership development programs and safety training across North America and managing the Operations Leadership Program for high-potential talent. Caira's educational background includes multiple certificates from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto in areas such as Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Workplace Learning and Development, along with a Human Resources Management certificate from Humber College.
