John Henderson

John Henderson is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Optimization for Fresh Poultry at Maple Leaf Foods Inc since January 2012. Prior to this role, John held several managerial positions within the same company, focusing on product management and raw material procurement for poultry and chicken. John began a career at Sysco Foods Service Toronto, where responsibilities included serving as the Category Manager for Poultry and various merchandising positions. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours in Hospitality Management from the University of Guelph and a Hospitality Management Diploma from Humber College.
