Achille Loufoua

Achille Loufoua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project administration and accounting. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Administration at Maple Leaf Property Management since January 2022, Achille is responsible for managing tenant fit-up and major building repair projects, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and facilitating communication between portfolio offices and project administrative assistants. Previously, Achille held roles such as Project Accountant at Maple Leaf Property Management and Accounting Assistant at Katasa Groupe + Développement, demonstrating a strong background in full-cycle payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
