Leza M. Blair, CRP, OLCM, R.C.M. has a comprehensive educational background in the field of property and real estate management. Leza M. attended the Real Estate Institute of Canada, where they obtained a Certified Reserve Fund Planner certification in 2015. During their time at the institute, Leza studied various aspects of building construction and systems, building costing and life span analysis, as well as financial fundamentals.
In 2014, Leza pursued further education at the Institute of Housing Management, focusing on strategic financial planning. Leza M. acquired valuable knowledge in this area to enhance their expertise in property management.
Leza also engaged in professional development through the Canadian Condominium Institute. Their training covered managing legal and business risks, as well as managing complex litigation, which are crucial skills in the property management industry.
