Leza M. Blair, CRP, OLCM, R.C.M. has extensive experience in property management and operations. Leza M. was the Vice President of Operations - Ontario at Maple Ridge Community Management Ltd, where they were responsible for client relations, litigation and conflict resolution, and overall company growth. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director - Central Ontario / GTA at Larlyn Property Management Ltd., where they managed a diverse portfolio of clients and utilized their expertise in litigation and conflict resolution. Leza M. also worked as a Senior Property Manager and Operations Development at Caber Management Services Inc., overseeing a team of Property Managers and developing operational policies and procedures. Leza has experience as a Property Manager at Brookfield Properties, where they effectively managed a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties. Leza M. also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Hostelling International - Canada, where they managed a team and a budget to provide affordable hostel accommodation. Earlier in their career, Leza worked as the Manager of Operations at Maysfield Property Management Inc., where they managed a diverse portfolio of properties. Throughout their career, Leza has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in conflict resolution and litigation, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality results.

Leza M. Blair, CRP, OLCM, R.C.M. has a comprehensive educational background in the field of property and real estate management. Leza M. attended the Real Estate Institute of Canada, where they obtained a Certified Reserve Fund Planner certification in 2015. During their time at the institute, Leza studied various aspects of building construction and systems, building costing and life span analysis, as well as financial fundamentals.

In 2014, Leza pursued further education at the Institute of Housing Management, focusing on strategic financial planning. Leza M. acquired valuable knowledge in this area to enhance their expertise in property management.

Leza also engaged in professional development through the Canadian Condominium Institute. Their training covered managing legal and business risks, as well as managing complex litigation, which are crucial skills in the property management industry.

In addition to their formal education, Leza obtained various certifications to strengthen their credentials. These include a General Licence from the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, attained in 2017. In 2015, they became a candidate for the LEED - Green Associate certification offered by the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC. The same year, they also pursued the Certified Property Manager Candidate designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Leza's earliest certification is that of a Registered Condominium Manager, obtained from the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario in 1980.
