Kenneth Dunlock

Kenneth Dunlock is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management across Western Europe. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management for Mapletree since November 2018, Kenneth oversees the performance of logistics and office portfolios in The Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. Kenneth's prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager at Mapletree, and Asset Manager for Equity Estate, with a focus on enhancing client value and ensuring transparency. Kenneth also held positions as Restructuring & Recovery Officer and Loan Officer for SNS Property Finance, where expertise in real estate lending was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from HBO Nederland.
