Christian Christensen

Christian Christensen has a wealth of experience in product management, design and development. Christian began their career in 2008 as the Founder and iOS developer at CC-Development. In 2010, they founded App Media ApS, where they acted as the company founder and entrepreneur, performing product and project management, product strategy, product design and product development for all mobile solutions. In 2014, they joined Xtel Wireless as Senior User Experience Designer and Head of Design Innovation, where they were responsible for creating and leading a strategic process to help clients create innovative IoT solutions. In the same year, they also took on the role of User Experience and Usability Specialist at Usertribe, analyzing unmoderated remote user testing. In 2018, they became the Product Manager at NORDJYSKE Medier, where they were responsible for the user experience and digital product offering of Nordjyske.dk website and mobile application. In 2019, Christian moved to Trackunit as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where they were responsible for their mobile application offerings and their core fleet management evolution to a new modern React-based tech stack. Most recently, in 2021, they joined MapsPeople as the Head of Product Management, where they are responsible for driving innovation of their main SaaS platform, MapsIndoors.

Christian Christensen earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Aalborg University between 2013 and 2015, specializing in Interactive Digital Media. Prior to this, they obtained a Professionsbachelor from University College of Northern Denmark in 2009, majoring in Ergoterapi. Christensen also completed a Higher Technical Exam from Aalborg Technical Gymnasium between 2001 and 2004.
