Maggie Thompson is a Clean Energy Investment Banking Analyst at Marathon Capital since July 2023. Previously, Maggie served as the Head Teaching Fellow for the ESG Investing course at the Yale School of Management from January 2023 to September 2023. Maggie's experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Ecosystem Integrity Fund, a Social Venture Fund Fellow at Yale School of Management, and involvement in public markets research at Align Impact. Maggie has also coordinated initiatives at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment, worked as a Venture Capital Fellow at Supply Change Capital, and completed internships with the Environmental Defense Fund, the United States Senate focusing on energy and climate policy, and the California Governor's Office of Planning and Research. Maggie holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Environmental Analysis from Scripps College.
