Sheila Luehrs Mba

Sheila Luehrs MBA, BSN-RN has a diverse work experience in healthcare administration and nursing. Sheila started their career as a Nurse Manager Clinical Services at Leawood Family Physicians in 1989 and worked there until 2005. Sheila then joined Truman Medical Centers as the Director of Network of Care from 2005 to 2007. Starting in 2007, they became the Chief Executive Officer at SAME LLC and also served as the Director of Clinical Services at Rodgers Health. In 2012, they joined Cerner Corporation as a Sr Clinical Strategist and later served as the Sr. Regional Operations Manager. From 2020 to 2022, they held the position of Director, Clinical Services, Workforce Health Services at Cerner Corporation. In 2022, they joined Oracle as the Director of Operations. Currently, they are the Regional Director Client and Care Team at Marathon Health since 2023.

Sheila Luehrs MBA, BSN-RN completed a Foundation degree in Ladder to Leadership Fellowship at the Center for Creative Leadership from 2011 to 2012. Sheila then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Avila University from 1985 to 1989. Later, Sheila earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an emphasis in Healthcare from Avila University between 2014 and 2018. Sheila also achieved the certification of Ladder to Leadership Fellow in 2011.
