Cortney Crosby

Cortney Crosby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and emergency services. Currently serving as an Operations Excellence Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since January 2023, Cortney has also held various roles at the same company, including Shift Supervisor and Refinery Operator. Previous experience includes positions at Tesla as a Facilities Operations Supervisor and Facilities Operator, as well as a Medical Supervisor at Grifols. Cortney's career began with roles at the Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service as a Fire Prevention Technician and Firefighter, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Services Administration with an emphasis in Emergency Care, a Paramedic Certification, and an Associate of Science degree from Utah Valley University, alongside a high school diploma from Kanab High School.
