Dan Kimmel

Dan Kimmel has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily with Marathon Petroleum Corporation since April 2010, where current roles include VP of Global Supply & Trading, focusing on crude oil and heavy products. Prior positions at Marathon include various VP roles in supply and trading, as well as management positions in crude oil logistics and refinery feedstock acquisition. Previous experience includes coordinating refinery economics at Marathon Oil Company and engineering roles at Marathon Pipe Line LLC and Marathon Ashland Pipeline LLC, where responsibilities ranged from project engineering to environmental management. Dan Kimmel holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from The University of Findlay.
