Louie Rubiola

Louie Rubiola currently serves as the Vice President of Business/Financial Planning & Analysis at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, overseeing all forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics for the company. Prior to this role, Louie held several high-level positions at Andeavor, including Vice President of Merger Integration Lead, where accountability encompassed the integration of two Fortune 100 companies, and Vice President of Business Process Redesign, leading a significant $425 million business transformation. Louie's experience also includes roles in optimization, investor relations, financial analysis, and corporate development. Earlier in Louie's career, significant contributions were made at SBC Communications. Louie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University, and completed an Executive Program in Strategic Leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
