Rachelle Verge

Rachelle Verge possesses a robust background in project management and systems integration, currently serving at March Networks since May 2013. Previously, Rachelle worked as a Data Analyst in Technical Operations at Genband, leading the integration of the Nortel CVAS team. Experience with Nortel Networks includes roles as Process Manager for Corrective Content, overseeing performance metrics and recommending process improvements; Business Operations Prime, managing an $18 million budget; and Project Leader for the Intelligent Services Team, where tool design and implementation were key responsibilities. Rachelle also began as a Technical Support Engineer, managing customer requests and ensuring timely problem resolution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Memorial University and completion of the Accelerated Leadership Development Program at Nortel Leadership Edge.
