Stephen Rodgers has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management. Stephen began their career as an Industrial Engineer at ALGOMA Steel Limited in 1979 before moving on to work at Digital Equipment Corporation in 1981, where they served as the Operations Manager and successfully created a diversified plant operating three business models. In 1998, they worked as the Operations Manager at DRS Flight Safety & Communications. In 2000, Rodgers became the Operations Manager at Prestec Electronics Limited, overseeing the company's expansion, and served as the President of Stephen Rodgers Consulting in 2004, where they developed a plan to integrate the Timetra acquisition by Acatel Kanata. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as the Operations/Quality Manager at Sanmina-SCI (Kanata), managing production and quality for the NPI operations. Currently, Rodgers is the Director of Global Manufacturing Operations at March Networks, where they manage daily production quality, repairs, and logistics on a global scale and creates global reverse logistics structures.

Stephen Rodgers attended the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1976 to 1979, where they acquired a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 1997, they enrolled at Learnsoft and completed a program to become a Certified Advanced Technology Manager in Engineering.
