Christina Dittmar

Christina Dittmar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Christina began their career as an Administrative Assistant to Human Resources at Passaic County Community College, where they administered benefit programs and advised employees on policies and procedures. Christina then served as a Financial Aid Officer, counseling and awarding financial aid to students. At Aeropostale, Inc., they worked as a Benefits Coordinator, providing support to employees and field managers with benefit enrollment and acting as a liaison with benefit carriers.

In their most recent role at March of Dimes, Christina held several positions including Benefits Administrator, HR Shared Services Manager, and Senior Benefits Analyst. In these roles, they oversaw the administration of employee benefits, including pension programs and leave of absences.
