Eric Schaefer

Eric Schaefer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, spanning over three decades. Eric is currently working at March of Dimes as the Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy & Investment, where they direct a venture investment fund. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Healthcare Innovation at Coplex, where they led partnerships and assessed the viability of venture ideas. Eric also worked at UnitedHealth Group as part of the Venture Development team, developing new business concepts and partnerships. Eric Schaefer earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the years 1986-1990. Eric later pursued an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, completing it in the years 1993-1995.
