Vice President Operations at Marco Learning

Lindsey Bradley has a diverse range of work experience. Lindsey is currently the Director of Operations at Marco Learning. In this role, they provide customer support, manages contractors, and designs processes to support growth. Lindsey also collaborates with the engineering team and facilitates training for independent contractors. Prior to this, Lindsey was the Recruiting & Development Manager at Marco Learning, where they advertised open positions and managed the onboarding process.

Before joining Marco Learning, Lindsey worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Ambitious Ed. LLC. In this role, they co-created and co-developed content, managed financial responsibilities, and handled social media content creation.

Lindsey also has experience in the education field. Lindsey worked as an Educator at the Girls Athletic Leadership School Los Angeles, where they co-founded a Gay Straight Alliance club and implemented a math club to support students. Lindsey also designed learning materials aligned with instructional design principles. Lindsey also worked as an Educator at Teach For America, where they engaged in the pursuit of education equity and participated in diversity, equity, and inclusion seminars.

Additionally, Lindsey has experience as a Paraprofessional at LorchGreene, where they managed client accounts, interpreted financial documents, and piloted a new document inventory system. Lindsey also worked as an Operations Manager at Gold's Gym, where they implemented new software and operational designs, maintained vendor relationships, and trained new hires. Prior to that, they were a Service/Operations Manager, Assistant Service Manager, and Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness, where they trained employees, met sales expectations, and monitored operational budgets.

Lindsey's work experience dates back to their role as a Day Camp Counselor at the City of Delano in 2009.

Lindsey Bradley's education history begins in 2016 when they attended Moorpark College and pursued general studies. They then transferred to California State University Channel Islands from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specifically in General Studies and Humanities. Lindsey's educational journey continued at Loyola Marymount University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master's degree in Urban Education with a focus on Digital Learning, specializing in Educational/Instructional Technology.
