Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support our sales efforts in the early learning market. As a fast-growing EdTech startup, MarcoPolo provides an exciting and dynamic environment for individuals passionate about education and eager to contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate is driven, very organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team

  • Assist in administrative tasks throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth operations and communication.

  • Prepare presentations, schedule appointments, and coordinate online demonstrations for potential clients.

  • Manage conference preparation and implementation

  • Support applications for RFPs

  • Track and analyze sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines using HubSpot CRM.

  • Collaborate with internal and external sales partners to align on strategies and priorities.

  • Support the team in achieving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Proficiency in GSuite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote.

  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Target-oriented, determined, and ambitious, with a focus on achieving results.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment typical of a startup.

  • Willingness to travel for meetings and events as required.

  • Proven experience in sales support or a related role, ideally within the education sector would be a plus

This is a US-based position. The salary range for this full-time position will depend on work experience and skill level.
