Alexandre Cruz

Alexandre Cruz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment, innovation, and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Executive Head of Marcopolo Motorhome and a member of the Board of Directors at ARCA Mobility as a Service, Alexandre has also been the Head of Investments and Innovation at Marcopolo since July 2020, where responsibilities include restructuring investment strategies, managing mergers and acquisitions, and leading cultural transformation initiatives focused on innovation. Notable previous roles include Senior Partner at Trust & Co Investimentos, CEO of ADVB/RS, and Senior Associate at Citi Global Investment Banking. Alexandre holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and has completed an Executive Education program at Stanford University in venture capital.
