Michael Pacovsky

Michael Pacovsky has a extensive work history in the hospitality industry. Michael started their career in 2002 as the Director of Restaurants at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they worked until 2011. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the General Manager at TAG restaurant. Michael then moved on to Punch Bowl Social, where they worked as the Vice President of Operations from 2011 to 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Vice President of Restaurant Operations at iPic Entertainment. In 2019, they joined Destination Kohler as the Director of Food and Beverage Operations, and they are currently working as the Director of Operations for The Pfister Hotel at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, starting in 2023.

Michael Pacovsky attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1998 to 2001, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Cooking and Related Culinary Arts, General. Michael also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management during the same time period. Prior to their college education, they attended New Hampton High School, although the specific dates and degrees earned are unknown.
