Erich Reichenbach

Erich Reichenbach has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Erich started their career at the Pacific Stock Exchange, where they served as a VP and evaluated listing procedures to maintain competitiveness. Erich then joined Sutro & Co., Inc. as a Senior Vice President, where they analyzed and developed investment strategies. Erich then moved on to Preferred Capital, Inc. as an Institutional Salesperson, where they developed and serviced prime brokerage operations for hedge funds.

After that, they worked at Charles Schwab as a Director of Options Trading, managing an equity options trading desk. Erich later joined Western Pacific Realty, Inc. as the President, where they created a real estate investment company and directed profitable investments in residential properties. Erich then became the Managing Partner at Property Associates Group, Inc., where they established the financial infrastructure and transformed the company into an active regional development company.

Currently, Erich works as a First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap, where they closed over 100 transactions and ranked number one in sales and dollar volume for multi-family investment properties in Marin County. Throughout their career, Erich has demonstrated strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and expertise in real estate and investment strategies.

Erich Reichenbach attended UC Santa Barbara from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
