Moshe Hamel

Moshe Hamel began their work experience in 2014 as an intern at Plymouth Rock Energy. Moshe then interned at Lloyd Crescendo Advisors LLC in 2018 and later at Rosewood Realty Group in 2019 as a Real Estate Finance Intern. In 2020, they joined AMS Renewable Energy as a Senior Financial Analyst until 2023. Currently, they are working as an Associate Director - Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap. Additionally, they have also worked as a Crisis Risk Management Intern at Citi in 2016 and as a Property Manager at Galster Management and East Realty from 2017 to 2018. Furthermore, they held a temporary position as a Property Manager at The Parkoff Organization in 2016. Overall, Moshe has gained valuable experience in finance, real estate, and energy sectors throughout their career.

Moshe Hamel completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Queens College, and they graduated in 2019. In the same year, they also attended a Real Estate Financial Analysis Course at New York University. In 2014, they participated in The Wall Street Summer Program at Drew University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) in Real Estate Finance at New York University, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
