Derek Marzak

Derek Marzak is an experienced operations manager and senior project manager with a strong background in construction management and project estimation. At MAREK since June 2014, Derek has successfully managed and estimated numerous high-profile projects, including the Microsoft Atlantic Yards Campus and the Coca-Cola Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta. Prior experience includes a role in construction management at Triad Construction, where Derek oversaw multiple school renovations and commercial build projects, and ownership of The Marzak Group, delivering hospitality and commercial projects such as the Hilton Rose Hall Resort in Jamaica. Derek also served as an owner's representative and project manager for a significant renovation project for Luxury Resorts. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University.
