Karunakaran Gangadharan

Karunakaran Gangadharan has an extensive work history in the engineering and manufacturing industry. KARUNAKARAN began their career in 1996 as an engineer for Delphi-TVS, where they were responsible for equipment design and service. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Nokia India Pvt Ltd as a Lean specialist, focusing on implementing Lean methodology and continuous improvement activities. In 2012, Karunakaran joined Calsonic Kansei Corporation as the Deputy General Manager before moving to Calsonic Kansei Motherson Autoproducts Ltd. KARUNAKARAN held multiple roles at Calsonic Kansei, including Head of Engineering Department and Production Engineering Manager, where they oversaw process development, project planning, and continuous improvement. Throughout their career, Karunakaran has demonstrated their ability to manage operations, improve cost effectiveness, and implement technical standards.

Karunakaran Gangadharan's education history begins with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Chengalvara Naikar Polytechnic, which they obtained from 1993 to 1996. KARUNAKARAN then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they completed their Bachelor Degree in Engineering (AMIE) with a focus on Electrical and Electronics from The Institution of Engineers (India). Later, Karunakaran completed their Master of Technology (MTech) in Manufacturing Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Chartered Engineer from The Institution of Engineers (India), OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, and Safety Auditor from DuPont.
