Sophie Becker

Sophie Becker serves as the HR & Cultural Engagement Manager at Marenas Consulting since September 2022, where responsibilities encompass comprehensive HR management including recruiting, contract management, onboarding, and consulting the management on relevant HR topics. Previously, Becker gained experience as a flight attendant at Lufthansa from December 2015 to July 2022, focusing on global operations and participating in Crew Resource Management training, which emphasized soft skills such as communication and decision-making within international teams. Additionally, Becker worked as a project management student assistant at innosabi from November 2013 to August 2015, contributing to project conception, implementation, data management and analysis, as well as moderating customer forums. Educationally, Becker holds a Master's degree in Economic Psychology from Hochschule für angewandtes Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from IU International University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
