Madan Katragadda Ph.D., MBA

Madan Katragadda Ph.D., MBA has a long history of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where they enhanced the activity of compstatin, a peptide-based complement inhibitor 400-fold. In 2006, they were a Senior Scientist at Pfizer-Ann Arbor, and in 2007 they were a Director at Pfizer Inc, leading teams to discover antibodies and engineer them to suit the biology and desired therapeutic outcome. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Vice President, Head of Antibody Discovery and Protein Sciences at Elstar Therapeutics Inc. and is currently the Head of Discovery and CMC at Marengo Therapeutics.

Madan Katragadda Ph.D., MBA has a comprehensive education history. In 2017, they completed their M.B.A from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained their Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut in Biochemistry in 2003. Madan also holds a B.Pharmacy from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in Pharmacy, which they obtained in 1998.
