Jenny Vaughn has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Jenny is currently working at MarginEdge as a Client Engagement representative, where they utilize robust software to provide real-time food and recipe costs for the restaurant industry. Prior to this, Jenny worked as a Caretaker Farmer at Pink Elephant Farm & Kitchen, where they focused on practicing and advancing restorative biodynamic agriculture. Jenny also co-founded Citizen Kitchens, a shared commercial kitchen for food entrepreneurs, and worked as a Mesa Komal Kitchen Manager at Conexión Américas, overseeing kitchen operations and developing cooking classes. In addition, Jenny co-founded a social-enterprise nonprofit called FEAST Together, which aimed to distribute local, healthy, and affordable food. Jenny has also held positions as a Cook & Kitchen Manager at The Wild Cow Cafe, Operations Manager at The Cocoa Tree, and Baker & Pastry Chef at Sticky Fingers Bakery and Kristin's Cafe.

Jenny Vaughn attended Rhodes College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religious Studies. In addition to their major, they also pursued minors in Computer Science and Spanish. Jenny achieved academic excellence during their time at Rhodes College, as they were a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
