Mark Prysler

Mark Prysler has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the restaurant industry. In 2012, they began their career at DGS Delicatessen as an Assistant General Manager and eventually became the Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Mike Isabella Concepts, starting as an Assistant General Manager and being promoted to General Manager. In 2018, Mark founded Arugula Rentals. Mark joined MarginEdge in 2019, where they initially worked as a Business Development professional and currently serves as a Strategic Account Executive. At MarginEdge, they are involved in streamlining restaurant operations through innovative technologies that capture and analyze data, providing valuable insights to the clients.

Mark Prysler attended The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Journalism with a specialization in Broadcast Journalism.
