Paul Rothrock

Paul Rothrock is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in customer engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Engineer at MariaDB since July 2022, Paul previously held roles at Mattermost, where contributions were made to improve documentation, and Oracle, where effective management of a remote support team led to high customer satisfaction. Earlier positions include technical support and advocacy at AddThis, freelance consulting focused on PHP web applications and project management at Icelander Consulting, and development roles at CDS Solutions Group, MapQuest, and Sharp Innovations.
