Bipin Odhekar

Bipin Odhekar has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Bipin started their career at Graphite India Limited as a Production Officer in 1999. After that, they joined Marico Limited in 2000, where they held various roles in production, quality assurance, maintenance, operations, and HR management. Bipin served as a Production Executive, Maintenance Executive, Quality Assurance Manager, Production Manager, and Operations & HR Manager during their tenure at Marico Limited. In 2011, they became the Supply Chain Manager at Marico Limited and later went on to become the Works Head in 2012. Finally, in 2015, they assumed the role of Head of Sustainability, EHS & Operations Excellence at Marico Limited.

Bipin Odhekar completed a Sustainable Business Strategy program from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued an Executive MBA in General Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Bipin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the CII Certified Professional in Resource Efficiency and Environmental Sustainability from CII Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre in 2022.
