Shringar Bhuwania

Shringar Bhuwania's work experience includes various roles in human resource management at different companies. Shringar started their career as a Summer Intern at Kraft-Cadbury in 2011. Shringar then joined Wipro Infotech as an HR Business Manager, where they were responsible for talent management and ensuring adherence to policies and processes. Later, they became the Regional HR Manager for Corporate Functions and Business at Wipro Infotech, leading a team and managing HR functions for various departments during a restructuring and merging phase. Bhuwania also worked at Marico Limited, where they served as the Head of HR for Middle East, Africa, Emerging Markets, and Corporate Functions. In this role, they focused on business partnering and talent management across multiple countries and geographies. Bhuwania's expertise includes setting up businesses for scale and growth, developing learning and development programs, talent management, change management, and employee engagement.

Shringar Bhuwania completed a PGDM in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they also pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from IÉSEG School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a BEIT degree in Engineering from Jadavpur University between 2006 and 2010. In their earlier education, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Science from Shri Shiksha Yatan from 2004 to 2006, and their Secondary education from Balika Siksha Sadan from 1992 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Shringar Bhuwania has obtained various certifications in different subjects such as Rewards Ready, Managing Employee Compensation, and Unleashing Creativity, among others.
