Siddhesh Ajgaonkar

Siddhesh Ajgaonkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Siddhesh started their career as a Software Developer at Nomura in 2007 and worked in this role until 2009. Siddhesh then joined KPMG India in 2011 as a Manager in People and Change Advisory, where they stayed until 2016. In 2016, Siddhesh joined Marico Limited where they held various positions, including Business HR Head - Technology (R&D) and D&I, and currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development and Inclusion & Diversity.
